Terms and Conditions

Welcome to QuickFix Tyres

These terms and conditions set forth the regulations for using the QuickFix Tyres website. By accessing this site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please cease using the QuickFix Tyres website.

1. Terminology

The following expressions are used throughout these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer:

  • “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the person using this website who complies with the Company’s policies.
  • “Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to QuickFix Tyres.
  • “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refer collectively to both the Client and the Company. These terms relate to the offering, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to deliver services to the Client in accordance with UK law.

2. Deposit

To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of at least £30, or an amount agreed upon with our team, is required. In certain cases, full payment may be requested prior to service. This deposit is separate from any call-out fees, though it may count towards those charges. The deposit secures your booking and ensures the protection of our team. Should you cancel, the deposit may be used to cover cancellation fees. Note: We are not accountable for payment transaction issues. Any disputes concerning payments must be resolved with your payment provider or financial institution.

3. Cancellation

The minimum call-out charge is £60 or the deposit amount, whichever is higher. If you cancel after confirming your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Once a technician is dispatched, you may be liable for the full service cost.

4. Subcontractor Policy

In situations where we cannot fulfill a job, we may assign the work to a subcontractor. Subcontractors are responsible for holding their own insurance and licenses. Any issues related to subcontracted services must be addressed directly with the subcontractor, as they are responsible for their own work.

5. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all representations, guarantees, and obligations concerning our website and its use. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Excluding liability for death or personal injury.
  • Excluding liability for fraud or intentional misrepresentation.
  • Excluding any other liabilities not permitted under applicable law.

The exclusions and limitations of liability within this disclaimer apply to any liability arising from contracts, torts, or breaches of statutory duty. As long as the website and the information on it are provided free of charge, we bear no responsibility for any loss or damage.

6. Return Policy

All new tyres provided by QuickFix Tyres are covered against manufacturing defects throughout their legal lifespan. Should a defect be discovered during installation, the tyre will be sent to the manufacturer for review. Once installed, tyres cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing fault. There is no warranty or guarantee for any tyre once the vehicle has been driven.
